This policy explains what EUDR Register collects on this website, why, and how you can object or ask us to delete it.
Who is responsible
The site is operated as EUDR Register. For privacy questions, write to eudrregister@gmail.com.
Early-access requests
If you join early access, we store the details you submit — name, company, email, country, product type, current system, workflow, and any message — so we can contact you about access. Those form details are not sent to analytics.
Analytics and session replay
If you accept analytics, PostHog Cloud EU collects page views, product events such as completing the readiness check, and session recordings. Recordings are visual: form inputs are masked, and the early-access form is excluded. This data is not used for advertising. If you reject analytics, PostHog does not collect events or recordings.
What is stored in your browser
Your theme and your analytics decision are stored in this browser so those choices persist. PostHog writes its cookie and local storage only after you accept analytics, so the same browser can be recognised on a later visit.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access requests until we have contacted you and no longer need them, or until you ask us to delete them. PostHog retention follows the settings of the EU project. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time; later visits are then not recorded.
Your choices
Reject or withdraw analytics from Cookie settings in the footer. Ask us to access, correct, or delete early-access details by emailing eudrregister@gmail.com. If you are in the EU or EEA, you can also complain to your data protection authority. In Estonia that is the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
Where the data is processed
Analytics is sent to PostHog Cloud in the EU. Early-access requests are sent to the endpoint configured for this site.
