Four steps that follow how wood actually moves, from the forest to your buyer.

    Products, suppliers, harvest sources, plots, quantities and files. Import them or enter them once.

    Submit

    Prepare a DDS or simplified declaration, approve it, and submit it to the EU Information System.

    Connect

    Attach reference numbers to waybills, lots, sales, your ERP or other systems.

The EU process requires information such as the product, quantity, supplier, country of production, legality evidence and geolocation, followed by submission to the EU Information System. Read the official guidance

DDS, SD and the references in between.

Relevant products must be covered by a submitted due diligence statement or simplified declaration before they are placed on the EU market or exported. The platform supports each of these workflows.

Reference tracking

The platform helps you prepare the applicable workflow; your company remains responsible for confirming its legal obligations.

Your obligations depend on your role in the supply chain, your company size and your products. You cannot freely choose between DDS and SD, so confirm what applies to you using official guidance or legal advice.
